MK Dons Boss Russell Martin confirms he is looking forward to the season with the team

Russell Martin has confirmed to MKFM that he will be managing the Dons at tomorrow's Carabao Cup match against Bournemouth.

Today (30/7), Russell Martin confirmed live on the MKFM Breakfast Show, that he will be managing the team at tomorrows game against Bournemouth and that he is looking forward to the next season with the Dons.

Russel Martin spoke to Darren and Lia on the breakfast show about the teams exciting new transfers and said "They've already proved pre-season why we bought them in."

Throughout this week, several reports have named Martin as being in the running to becoming Swansea's new manager following Steve Coopers departure.

Martin was named as one of the favourites alongside Jody Morris.
