Man left with injuries after being punched and kicked by two men near Milton Keynes

    A man in his twenties was left with injuries after being attacked near a food retail outlet on Station Road in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes yesterday evening.

    An image of the victim, which was shared on a local Facebook group, contained a plea for information about the attack from the mother of the victim.

    In the social media post, she said: "My son works within the Newport Pagnell area in a popular outlet and whilst at his work place on Saturday night he was beaten."

    "I would like to thank the young girl who intervened in my son having his head stamped upon, as well as the men working in the kebab shop next door who came out and intervened with the men bearing up on my son. [Describing myself as being] heartbroken at the events is an understatement."

    A Thames Valley Police spokesperson told MKFM: "Thames Valley Police were called at around 4.55pm yesterday (10/11) following an assault in Station Road, Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes."

    "The victim, a man in his twenties, has been punched and kicked by two men."

    "No arrests have been made and anyone with information about this incident is asked to call 101 quoting the reference 43180344127 or make a report online."
