Local video production company launches MK Channel 40 to give back to the community

The company behind MK Channel 40 is now calling on businesses to take part in their Bounce Back and Give Back campaign.

The Video News Factory (TVNF), based in Kiln Farm, will donate 20% of their special services on offer to a charity of your choice.

This way, local businesses can take advantage of their beneficial services whilst also providing much-needed support to a local charity.

Services part of the Bounce Back and Give Back campaign include:

    • How to master video marketing (classes with Director of TVNF John Allard).
    • How to create a powerful 60-second video to help sell any product or service (working alongside TVNF team).
    • A fully managed outsourced service where TVNF will create professional videos for regular series production, training videos, video news, podcasts or product and service promotion.

John Allard, Director, said: “During the pandemic the focus was rightly put on NHS Charities. At the same time other local charities have taken a massive hit. Our plan is to help MK clients Bounce Back and in return we’ll help fund their favourite MK charity”.

MK Channel 40 ‘MKBC40’, a coronavirus community news channel named after the original 1970s MK cable TV channel, was launched during lockdown together with a Facebook Group Milton Keynes Beating Coronavirus which now has over 2,100 members. The Facebook group is a place where the community can come together and post vital news, tips and give crucial advice whilst letting people know about the relevant services relating to COVID-19.

The Bounce Back and Give Back campaign is part of MK Channel 40’s vision to support news and fundraising event to help build on the spirit that surfaced across the City for Caring Sharing and Protecting our MK Community

John continued: "MK Beating Coronavirus together with MKC40 hopes to grow that spirit and we’re launching our first major get together on the 26th of August and hope as many of our members, businesses and charities can join us and we’ll be promoting their work and aims during a special MK Channel 40 livestream in our Facebook Group.” To find out how to join the event, visit here.
