Join the Willen Hospice Teddy Bear Hunt in Milton Keynes this Easter half term

If you go down to Willen Lake this Easter you’re in for a big surprise! Twenty un-bearably cute Safari themed teddies will be hiding around the lake, and Willen Hospice needs the help of local families to find them!

The fundraising event costs just £10 for the whole family and can be completed anytime between 4 – 18 April. Sign-up includes a safari-themed Teddy Bear pack containing a children’s colouring in sheet, sponsorship form, and a recipe for safari cake pops. A clues and trivia sheet will be sent out on the first day of the hunt!

Once families have found their ‘bearings’, the clues will lead them around the Willen Lake area where children will enjoy seeking out the hiding teddies, answering safari questions as they go.

Katrina Walsh, Willen Hospice Events Fundraiser, said: “Last year our Teddy Bear Hunt was incredibly popular, with almost 700 families taking part. This year’s hunt will be bigger and better, with a new theme and a new route for everyone to look forward to. This is a great event to bring the community together, while raising vital funds for the Hospice.”

The charity will also be hosting a free prize draw to win a sweet hamper and cuddly teddy bear. Visit www.willen-hospice.org.uk/teddybearhunt to sign up.
