Thames Valley Police is asking for help in locating three men that are travelling in a hatchback, with an Irish number plate, following a robbery in Milton Keynes.
It happened at around midday on Tuesday (18/5) in The Croft.
The victim, a man in his thirties, arranged to meet another man to collect some mobile phones that he was selling. The man who came to collect them, grabbed the phones and ran away.
The victim followed him and saw the man get into a hatchback car. The victim jumped into the boot of the car and it sped off.
The car then stopped and the man who stole the phones, along with three other men got out and assaulted the victim.
During the assault, the victim was hit with a pole. He sustained bruising to his body that required hospital treatment. He has since been discharged.
The first offender is described as a white man, aged in his mid to late twenties, of skinny build and approximately 5ft 8ins to 5ft 9ins tall. He had short, dark brown hair with a fade on the back and sides, and a small scruffy beard. He was wearing a black jacket with a hooded top that had a white logo on the top left corner, blue jeans and black trainers.
The second offender is described as a white man, aged in his mid to late twenties, of chubby build and approximately 5ft 8ins to 5ft 9ins tall. He had short, dark brown hair, a scruffy beard and wore light coloured clothing.
The third offender is described as a white man, of skinny build with short, dark hair.
The fourth offender is described as a white man, of skinny to medium build. He held a black pole.
The car involved is described as a hatchback with an Irish number plate.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Susan Russell, based at Milton Keynes police station, said: “I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or who has information about what happened, to please come forward.
“I’d also ask anyone with dash-cam footage or door-bell footage that may have captured the incident or the vehicle involved, to please report this to police.
