Willen Hospice is inviting local people to remember loved ones in a unique and touching way, by joining them for their Twilight Walk on Sunday 16th September.
The event starts at the Hospice gardens at 6.30pm when the Hospice team will lead a peaceful walk around Willen Lake North before returning to the Hospice to decorate and light a lantern in memory of their loved ones.
Sarah Sweet-Rowley, Events Manager at Willen Hospice said “Our Twilight Walk is such a special occasion and a fabulous way to remember the lives of loved ones. It’s also a great chance for people who have experienced loss to come together at our beautiful lakeside setting, reflect and help support the work of Willen Hospice.”

Willen Hospice needs to raise £4.7 million from the local community, that’s £9 a minute, to continue to deliver specialist care to patients in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Events like Twilight Walk help the charity to achieve this.
