HMV store in Milton Keynes relocating

The HMV store in the centre:mk is set to relocate to another unit shortly, with a closing down sale currently taking place.

The new store is set to be opened in mid-March at the recently vacated Wallis unit at 86-88 Midsummer Arcade, subject to completion of a legal contract. All staff currently working in the store will be transferred to the new location.

HMV has been trading in its current location since December 1995.

In a statement the company said: "We would like to take this opportunity to thank our many loyal customers in Milton Keynes who have supported us for over two decades. In the year of Milton Keynes' 50th Birthday we look forward to welcoming our customers into the town's brand new home of entertainment."
