It has been today (20/3) announced that Gullivers Land will be closing its gates for the foreseeable future.
A statement posted online reads: "The safety and wellbeing of our guests and team are our absolute priority. After carefully reviewing recent government announcements, we have sadly taken the decision to temporarily close our theme parks. Currently our Warrington hotel and other accommodation remain open on a room-only basis for now.
"We are in the process of contacting guests that have bookings for dates between 21st March and 8th April. We will offer you the chance to transfer your booking with no transfer fee or provide you with a full refund.
"Please rest assured that we will be in contact with every guest that has a booking for the above period however it may take us a little bit of time. You can reach us through our website chat for any enquiries. As you can imagine our hotline will be exceptionally busy in the days ahead.
"We are constantly monitoring the situation as it unfolds and we will keep you updated. We want to thank all of our guests for their incredible support."
