Free basketball programme in Milton Keynes this summer

    Local charity 5 On It Foundation are running a FREE basketball programme for boys and girls aged 12-18years of all levels at the Outdoor Basketball Court, Eaglestone, MK6 5BZ on Friday 2nd June 1:30 - 4pm.

    This programme is part of the charity’s Gang Today Gone Tomorrow anti-gang initiative that uses sport to encourage safety at street level and they are delighted to announce Matthew Barber, Thames Valley Police and Crime Commissioner will be an honorary guest to event!

    The 3v3 camp will be headed up by basketball stars Nigel Lloyd, Jordan Spencer and Ruchae Walton. There are free snacks, barbecue food, DJ music and prizes to be won too!

    This important anti gang project has continued to increase its profile in Milton Keynes and has attracted wide interest from local media including BBC Look East, Thames Valley Police and Youth Departments at Milton Keynes Council.
