Firefighters suspect arson as car fire occurs on a Milton Keynes estate

    At 2:02am on Thursday 8th July, local firefighters raced to extinguish a car fire on Langcliffe Drive, Heelands.

    Attending the scene from Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service was one appliance and crew from West Ashland station.

    In making the site safe, the responding firefighters made use of a hose reel, one set of breathing apparatus, a thermal imaging camera and hydraulic spreaders.

    Authorities are still investigating the causes of the fire but they currently believed that it was started deliberately as a result of an arson attack.
