Firefighters suspect arson after a car is destroyed by fire in Milton Keynes

Bucks Fire received reports that a car was on fire in the early hours of Tuesday morning (10/11).

Crews were called to Buckman Close in Greenleys at 02:35 am, with one appliance and crew from West Ashland attending the scene.

Firefighters used one hose reel and a thermal imaging camera to put out the blaze.

The car was destroyed, and a second car was damaged by heat transfer.

Crews suspect that the incident was arson.

Thames Valley Police is now investigating the incident.
