EXCLUSIVE: £1m Bletchley regeneration funding given the green light - here is how it will be spent

    MKFM can exclusively reveal that Milton Keynes Council has secured £1m in funding today kick start the regeneration of Bletchley and Fenny Stratford.

    Speaking at the full council meeting last night in response to a question to Cllr Elaine Wales, Milton Keynes Council Leader Pete Marland said that a decision was due soon.

    MKFM can reveal the council has now had confirmation that it has won government funding for three new redway routes linking Newton Leys, the Lakes Estate and Central Bletchley.

    Funding has also been secured to start the regeneration of the old fire station site.

    Work on the schemes is due to start around Christmas.
