Dozens of cars queue for Taco Bell this morning as it opens in Milton Keynes

    Dozens of cars were seen queueing for Taco Bell in Central Milton Keynes this morning (20/10) for the restaurant's opening day.

    The Mexican-inspired cuisine drive-thru restaurant also offers dine-in, with the 45-seat restaurant appearing to be incredibly busy just after 10:30am.

    Taco Bell Milton Keynes is the 48th to open in the UK and thousands of people have shared their excitement on social media.

    To encourage customers to visit, Taco Bell offered the first 100 cars free cinnamon twists and also gave people the opportunity to win £100 worth of food via a social media campaign. 

    Raja Adil, CEO of The Adil Group which runs the local branch, said: “I am absolutely delighted to land such a great Drive Thru location in Milton Keynes, it is very exciting for me and the Adil group. We are also aiming to open many more sites around the UK.”

    The restaurant will also be offering home delivery and click and collect. It will also boast various deals including 'Taco Tuesday' where customers can get a taco and soft drink for £2. 

    Taco Bell will be open for dine-in until 10pm, delivery until 12am and drive-thru until 4am today.
