Double your donation to Ride High with Big Give Christmas Challenge

Milton Keynes-based children's charity Ride High is taking part in The Big Give Christmas Challenge – the UK’s biggest online match-funding campaign.

Ride High supports vulnerable and disadvantaged children in the community through an equine-based therapy programme.

The children learn to ride and care for horses, while also building friendships, developing social skills, and growing in confidence and resilience.
The programme ensures children leave Ride High as happier, more confident individuals with tools that support them in the future.

Starting today (Dec 2) and running until December 9 any donations made via Ride High’s Big Give Campaign page will be doubled thanks to the support of Spillers, HG Recruitment and their Big Give Champion.

The aim is to raise £12,000 in just one week to give 40 children like Lenny the chance to start 2026 with new confidence, friendship and hope through a 12-week programme.Nine-year-old Lenny is one of many children waiting for a place at Ride High.

Lenny has been struggling with his confidence and mental health for several months, and often talks about wanting to harm himself.

Following a family bereavement last year, he struggles to be away from home and worries about his family.

A place at Ride High would give Lenny a safe place to just be a child again - to laugh, to learn, and to heal through the power of horses.
