Bin collections delayed in four Milton Keynes estates

Waste and recycling collections in Great Holm, Loughton, Medbourne and Oakhill have been delayed until the start of next week.

Serco, the council’s waste contractor, will be completing collections in these areas from 7am on Monday (1/2).

This comes as waste collections were suspended earlier this week due to the snowfall across the region.

This caused a backlog in collections which was caught up on today.

Green waste collection still remains suspended due to reduced staff numbers as a result of COVID 19.
