Crowdfunding campaign live to raise funds for funeral

Popular local teenager Ryan Ansell passed away following a road traffic incident on Friday 12th July

At around 10:25am on 12th July, there was a collision between Ryan's motorcycle and a white van on the V6 Grafton Street at the junction with Gibsons Green, Heelands. Ryan, 18, tragically passed away on the scene.

A crowdfunding page has now been set up in his memory, to raise funds for his funeral.

Lydia Turner who has organised the page says: "Ryan was a wonderful young man with a passion for motorbikes. He was smart, funny, witty, and caring and would do anything for anyone who had to the pleasure to meet him.

"Ryan was taken far too soon, and we are starting this JustGiving to raise money to give him the send off he deserves."
