Burretti - The Man Who Sewed the World takes to the stage in Milton Keynes this July

    The story about Bletchley’s own Freddie Burretti, David Bowie’s close friend, will be back on stage in Milton Keynes this summer.

    Following its acclaimed sell-out run of shows in 2018, and one-off performance in 2022, On 5th July, Burretti: The Man Who Sewed the World is back with a twist this summer.

    On 5th July, Burretti: The Man Who Sewed the World will take to the stage at the The Stables.

    With a befitting musical score and an all-star band, this musical monologue theatre show portrays the fascinating tale of Bletchley’s own Freddie Burretti, David Bowie’s close friend and key early 1970s Ziggy Stardust costume designer.  

    The performance will mark the anniversary of recording David Bowie’s legendary 1972 BBC Top of the Pops television broadcast.
