BREAKING: Fire crews at the scene of fire at flats in Central Milton Keynes

A number of fire engines are currently at the scene of a fire in a top floor flat on Silbury Boulevard between Lloyds Court and the Milton Keynes Library in Central Milton Keynes.

Reliable eyewitnesses have told MKFM they have seen seven fire engines in attendance as well as a large group of residents who have been evacuated.

Smoke has also been seen coming from a top floor flat on the three-floored block of flats.

The smoke can be seen from as far away as the Milton Keynes Council offices.
