Officers searching for a missing man from Leighton Buzzard have sadly found a body in the Grand Union Canal near Pitstone.
The discovery was made following extensive searches by officers from the Marine Unit and volunteers from Buckinghamshire Search & Rescue.
Although formal identification has not yet taken place, police believe this to be Benjamin, aged 37.
In a statement, they said: 'His family has been informed, and our thoughts are with them at this very difficult time.
The death is currently being treated as unexplained but not suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the Buckinghamshire Coroner.'
Thames Valley Police Aylesbury Vale have asked for the public to remove the appeal and image they published earlier today, out of respect for his family.
