Body found in parkland in Bletchley Milton Keynes

    At 6.13am on Thursday (19/4) officers discovered the body of a man in his thirties in parkland off Buckingham Road, Bletchley.

    Local residents told MKFM they were concerned in the area following reports of anti-social behaviour and a possible stabbing.

    Reports now confirm the incident was a man in his thirties.

    The death is being treated as unexplained but not suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.

    The man’s next of kin has been informed.

    Thames Valley Police has made a mandatory referral to the Independent Office of Police Conduct as this is a death following police contact.
