A bizarre image showing a pair of shoes which have been abandoned at the roadside in Milton Keynes has been shared on social media.
An image of the shoes was shared by 'Abandoned Shoe Spotter' on Twitter - who share images of abandoned shoes spotted at strange locations across the UK.
They were spotted near a Bus Stop on the A4146 Tongwell Street in Milton Keynes yesterday.
It is not known why the shoes were abandoned.
The image comes as there has been a huge increase in reports of litter in our city over the past few weeks.
The Parks Trust shared pictures of the huge amounts of rubbish which was dumped at Furzton Lake last month.
And local councillors have said they are 'appalled' at the mess left after a gathering took place near the Rec in Olney a few weeks ago.
Earlier this week, MKFM reported that children are making 'do not litter' signs to try and combat the litter increases in Milton Keynes.
