Beaten Subway worker thanks MKFM and the community for their support

More than £500 has been raised for Ben Pearson who was attacked at the weekend.

As reported by MKFM on Sunday, Ben was left with facial injuries after being attacked at Subway on Station Road in Newport Pagnell.

Thames Valley Police told MKFM, "Thames Valley Police were called at around 4.55pm on Saturday following an assault in Station Road, Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes.

"The victim, a man in his twenties, has been punched and kicked by two men. No arrests have been made and anyone with information about this incident is asked to call 101 quoting the reference 43180344127 or make a report online."

The men who attacked Ben, believed to be around 16 years old, became violent after being politely told that Subway's toilets were out of order with public toilets available near-by. One of the boys was described as Somalian and wore a navy Puma track suit and Timberland boots. The other was described as mixed race and wore a black band round his head.

Ben said on Tuesday  "I have so many people to thank including MKFM and the community in Newport Pagnell. I have received thousands of messages. Above all, I want the hunt for these boys to continue, I want justice!"
