360 Play closes for 2 hours

First accident in 9 years closes child's play area to allow man to be treated.

360 play in Milton Keynes was temporarily closed today to allow staff and paramedics to assist a gentleman who fell in the play area.

The decision was taken by staff to allow the gentleman be seen to by emergency services in privacy and with dignity.

Operations Manager Lee Waters said, “We have Processes and Procedures in place for any incidents or accidents which may occur which all worked today in how we handled the situation”. Lee also had a lot of praise for the Emergency services and was very thankful of how attentive they were.

360 has had over 4000 people through the doors this mid-term, all in and out with no incidents and is a well-established business in MK for the last 9 years who are very diligent in their health and safety of both staff and customers.

“The play frame did not collapse today and within two hours after completing our safety checks, we were back open with a queue back out the door of families looking to enter and re-gain entry. The gentleman involved has been taken to the hospital and will update us on how he is”

360 play has an excellent safety record and is believed to be an isolated incident.
