Edinburgh Fringe veteran Jo Blake Cave brings stories of the British Isles to the December Edition of Tales Tattled & Told. Join Jo Blake Cave, Richard York, Stephen Hobbs, Sandy Clarke and Lynette Hill on the night of the Winter Solstice for tales and music celebrating the festive season.
Jo wowed the 2019 Edinburgh Fringe Festival with her show ‘Blodeuwedd Untold’ based on ancient myth. Northampton's Richard York is a traditional storyteller, master of medieval musical instruments and composer.
What magic will they weave for us come Yuletide?
To find out, make your way to the Rectory Cottages at 49 Church Green Rd, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK3 6BJ on Saturday, 16 December. Doors open at 7 pm for a 7:30 start.
This event is intended for adults; that is, ages 16 and older.
Tickets are £5 online through Eventbrite.co.uk and at the door. Refreshments are available for sale on-site.
Parking is free on Church Green Road and behind the venue. Arriva’s #7 bus stops just outside the front door and the Cottages are just a short walk from Bletchley’s train station. We regret that the 500-year-old building is not yet accessible for wheelchairs.
