Join The Parks Trust for their next Parks & Run at the beautiful Broughton Brook on Sunday 6th July at 10am.
Parks & Run is a fantastic way to explore the parks of Milton Keynes, improve your physical and mental health, and connect with other like-minded runners. Each event offers short, medium, and long-distance route options, so there's something for everyone.
The friendly volunteer leaders will give a pre-run briefing and check you in once you finish.

Parks & Run is a self-guided, monthly running event offering three distance options to suit all levels: on this occasion the routes available are 2 km, 5 km, and 10 km. The routes are fully marked, and you'll run alongside others, making it a great way to stay motivated. Expect a variety of paths and surfaces as you enjoy the natural beauty of Broughton Brook.
Please note, there are no public toilets or cafés at the meeting point. It's recommend to bring your own drink to stay hydrated during the run.

Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
No booking is required—just come along and join the fun!
