Last year, our absolutely incredible and passionate members at Énergie Fitness supported a 24 hour Cycle Around the World challenge set by the Énergie Fitness Headquarters and our gym made it to the top of the network for kilometres cycled and monies raised on National Fitness Day. We're still touched to this day by the dedication our members showed to help us get the job done and raise a huge amount of money for Milton Keynes Hospital Charity.
The Challenge for 2019 has been set and we are ready to compete and raise lots of money for Charity!
Be ready to get involved on #FitnessDay. Wednesday 25th September. HQ have chosen Macmillan Cancer Support for this year's appeal and as a Network we'll be running an exclusive National Fitness Day workout across the UK network.
