    I am a fully qualified personal trainer and mindset coach. My studying includes sports nutrition and sports physiology. However, life isn’t just about gaining certificates, I have the practical experience to back up the theory! I’ve lost count of how many 5k, 10k, and half marathons I’ve run, I do remember that I’ve run 4 marathons! I’ve completed the London Classics in a year (London Marathon, Ride 100, and Serpentine 2 mile swim)…. and to mix it up a bit I’ve done the 3 peaks challenge, climbed Kilimanjaro… and completed the Artemis Quadrathlon. I know what it takes to complete a training plan, stand on the start line, and cross the finish line.

    In this practical and interactive workshop I’m going to share with you my 25 years experience in how your mindset affects your training and performance: You will learn:

    * about your own mindset and how that affects you
    * why some days your motivation in 10/10, other days it's 0/10
    * easy strategies to improve your mindset and motivation.

    During the day we will learn breathing techniques which will help you with your training… AND lunch and refreshments will be supplied throughout the day.

    And as a bonus everything you learn you will be able to apply to your everyday life - a day not to be missed!
