Fit Fab Fest is set to be an outstanding fun packed day filled with a wide variety of over 25 exercise classes, over 20 stalls. free taster massages, food, drinks, informative talks from health and fitness professionals and more.......

This event is set to be BIGGER and BETTER than the previous event. We will have more classes, more variety, more stalls, free face painting, bouncy castle and so much more, and hopefully the sun will be shining :)

We aim to bring people together who share a passion for fitness, well-being and positivity in Milton Keynes to provide people with a fun exciting day to you will never forget.

On the day people will have the opportunity to try out a WIDE variety of exercise classes they may not have thought about going to before. There will be the opportunity to listen to some AMAZING professionals who will share their knowledge covering a wide range of subjects; from mindfulness, healthy habits to mental health issues.

Participants will be surrounded by like minded people and be able to speak to local businesses who will have stalls and much more.

This day is guaranteed to have everyone buzzing with excitement to either keep up their healthy lifestyle and feel motivated to carry on, or even kick start them on a whole new healthy journey. We aim to have something for everyone!
