What is the FIT FAB FEST ?
Fit Fab Fest is a fun packed day filled with a wide variety of over 20 exercise classes, food, drinks, informative talks from health and fitness professionals and more.......
Why should I attend?
We aim to bring people together who share the passion of fitness and well-being, by collaborating with other fitness and wellness professionals to provide a fun, positive and empowering day to individuals in Milton Keynes.
On the day you will have the opportunity to try out a WIDE variety of exercises classes you may not have thought about going to before, and some you already like going to, you will have the opportunity to listen to some AMAZING professionals who will empower you with knowledge that you can take away to implement into your lifestyle, you will be surrounded by like minded people, speak to local businesses who will have stalls and much more.
This day is guaranteed to have you buzzing with excitement to either keep up your healthy new lifestyle and feel motivated to carry on, or even kick start you on a whole new healthy journey. We have something for everyone!
Who can attend?
All fitness levels are welcome, we will have something for everyone on the day ranging from Low Impact, Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics and High Intensity Workouts. We promote a comfortable and friendly environment and would love to encourage people who are new to fitness to come, as well as people who are already into fitness. If you are into healthy living and positivity or wanting to learn more about how to implement changes into your life this event is for you.
Tickets cost £12.50, each ticket will donate £4 to Harry's rainbow and £4 to the Cancer Centre at Milton Keynes Hospital.
Tickets are non-refundable.
You are able to come and go as you please, whether you want to stay all day or attend the event for a few hours it is entirely up to you.
