Description
This workshop is a short course that gives you the basic knowledge for you to use essential oils safely at home.
Essential oils can enhance so many areas of your daily life. They’re often used for immune support, relaxation and sleep, stress relief, emotional balance, skin care, respiratory health, green cleaning, and even muscle tension and pain.
The Workshop will include theory, fun and practical activities.

1st Aid Essential Oil Pack available on request (OPTIONAL)
You will have the possibility to buy a 1st Aid E.O. pack but must be purchased when booking course and at least 2 weeks prior to course to receive it on the day. (Otherwise you can collect it at a later date ???? )
The Pack will include 6 essential oils, and a carrier oil to blend it with as well as useful information sheet.
