Henry VIII Burger Challenge

On Thursday 28th June 2012 dozens of brave eaters faced the ultimate challenge and raced to be the first to finish the monster Henry VIII Burger at The Three Trees in Bletchley

The event was supporting Willen Hospice with 50% of the bills going to the charity.

The first one to complete this mamoth challenge of MAN versus FOOD was Oliver Coward who was crowned the winner, won some great prizes and had his name etched onto the Henry VIII Trophy.

The Henry VIII Burger

It's a monster - two locally hand made half pound burgers covered in cheese, a chicken breast fillet, a pile of bacon, half a dozen deep fried onion rings, a portobello mushroom, fried eggs, a mountain of chips and a thick bun... plus a healthy side salad!
