On Wednesday 19th September, Calcutta Brasserie in Stony Stratford celebrated their fourth anniversary with a lavish evening of traditional Indian celebrations.
To celebrate their best ever year, the team put on a ‘night to remember’ according to proprietor, Mo. “It is fair to say that 2012 has been our most successful year to date, we have introduced some really exciting initiatives, ‘Dining in the Dark’ being our most famous. This celebratory night is about thanking you all for your continued support and looking to the year ahead.”
On the night, guests were entertained by a traditional Indian Sitar player and the Head Chef prepared a special menu for the evening to bring in elements of his traditional family cooking together with his own unique dishes that have set him apart from other Indian chefs in the UK.
Each guest left with a special gift from all of the staff at Calcutta Brasserie.
