Ofcom Localness Guidelines

As with all commercial radio stations in the UK, we are licensed and regulated by Ofcom and are currently working towards gaining a full time community radio license to serve Milton Keynes.  You can read more about this and leave your views on this here.

Ofcom, the government regulator with responsibilities for local radio, has produced localness guidelines that all local commercial radio stations adhere to. These guidelines can be read here.

In addition all local radio stations have written ‘formats’ that they must follow at all times. You can read them here.

If you have a complaint to make about this station, in the first instance you should contact the programme controller via This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

If you are unhappy with the response you receive, you can complain directly to the regulator, Ofcom. The Ofcom website has full details about how to do this.
